Gold Idea Design Awards is a prestigious Chinese design award initiated by the China National Furniture Association, Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and ELLE DECORATION. Since its inception in 2014, it has been a pivotal platform that supports and promotes original designs in China.

With a decade of legacy, the Gold Idea Design Award partnered with CREDAWARD in 2024 to launch a dual-track system: China Furniture Design Gold Idea Award and China Build & Deco Gold Idea Award. Leveraging architecture premium developer network, academic experts, and global designer resources, the Award expands horizons to bridge outstanding design with commercial value.
