Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.

2. How can we get a quote?

Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, ect. And afterwards a quotation will be submited to you upon your email or trade manager.

3. What’s the trade term and payment term?

100% or 30% of the total value to be paid before production. Accept T/T, L/C, Paypal & Cash. The concrete term can be negotiated.

4. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?

Yes, absolutely you can!

5. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. One day after shipping.

6. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc.3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.

7. How do you compute the shipping charges?

We will supply the shipping charges according to estimated G.W. when quoting FOB prices or we can also calculate for you even we quote the exw prices.

8. Do you have MOQ?
